Lagos, one of Africa’s leading fashion capitals, offers a compelling starting point for examining this shift.
Part 1 of this series will explore whether Lagos offers meaningful alternatives to the dominant fashion business model, at a time when the global industry is facing growing scrutiny over overproduction, sustainability and the changing meaning of luxury.
